Easy installation

To install solar panels, place the pre-assembled standing seam clamp on the seam and tighten the Torx screw. The smart ClickFit EVO Standing Seam Roof system has a high rigidity, which means that you can often skip standing seams on the roof when mounting rails horizontally. The result is a quicker installation and lower costs.

4 basic components

The ClickFit EVO mounting system for pitched roofs consists of just 4 basic components. This makes installation extra easy. Read on for more information on each component.

Standing seam clamp

The fully assembled standing seam clamp uses the patented S-5! clamps and is equipped with our swivel click connection. The clamps do not pierce the roof, keeping it intact and watertight.

Mounting rail

Suitable for all types of pitched roofs. Quick and easy installation by clicking instead of screwing. This saves tools, handling and time.

Module clamps

The universal module clamp is height adjustable and thus suitable for solar modules with a frame thickness between 30 and 50 mm. Due to its clever design, the panel clamp (in combination with the end cap) can be used as a middle and end clamp.

End cap

The end caps provide a stylish and windproof finish. They are available with and without clamp support in grey and black.

100% Waterproof

With ClickFit EVO Standing Seam Roof, the roof remains completely waterproof. The smart design of the seam clamps ensures the roof remains intact, leading to less risk during installation.

ClickFit EVO Standing Seam Roof

The ClickFit EVO system is suitable for most common standing seam roofs, with the exception of copper seam roofs. ClickFit EVO offers seam clamps for single- or double-folded seams, snap and round seams.

ClickFit EVO offers a choice of 3 different seam clamps:

Clamp for double-folded seam with a seam opening of 9mm
Clamp for single-folded seam/snap seam with a 14mm seam opening
Clamp for rounded seam with a seam opening of 23mm

Yes, with the ClickFit EVO Standing Seam, you have the choice between landscape or portrait mounting of the solar panels. The click connection of ClickFit EVO is rotatable, so you only need one type of clamp.

To attach an optimiser or microinverter (collective name: MLPE = Module Levelling Power Electronics), you can use our ClickFit EVO MLPE Clip Lightweight or Heavyweight (art. no. 1008067 or 1008068). Note! If you mount the panels with the mounting profiles for steel roof, we recommend choosing the high (optimiser ready) mounting profile. This provides sufficient space between the roof and the solar panels. The MLPE Clip Lightweight is simply clicked onto the mounting profile, providing integrated cable management! Then click the MLPE onto the clip. First you mount the MLPE Clip Heavyweight on the MLPE, after which you mount the clip, with MLPE, on the mounting rail. Make sure the MLPE clip is placed at least 15 cm from the end of the mounting profile. Want to see how it works? Watch our installation demo.

All solar panels in the same row are automatically interconnected thanks to the ClickFit EVO Module Clamp. To bond the entire PV system, you do need to connect each row to grounding separately, because the individual rows are not connected to each other by the mounting system. The earthing conductor (≥Ø 4mm2) runs parallel to the positive and negative conductors and is connected to a separate grounding point of the inverter.
